The XIII. URSI-Turkey Scientific Congress and General Assembly Meeting of the National Committee will be held in person at Kastamonu University on 7–9 September 2026.

The congress covers the following core scientific fields corresponding to the commission names of the International URSI, as well as related topics, without being limited to them.

Theoretical and/or applied studies in electromagnetics, antennas, RF/microwave components and systems, radar/satellite systems, wave propagation, communication systems, photonics, GNSS, ionosphere, plasma, astrophysics/astronomy, and related fields fall within the scope of the congress.
