Call for Papers – XIII. URSI-Turkey 2026 Scientific Congress
The congress covers the core scientific fields corresponding to the commission names of International URSI, as well as other closely related topics, without extending into unrelated areas of physics.
All papers submitted by June 30, 2026 for presentation within the scope of the XIII. URSI-Turkey 2026 Scientific Congress and General Assembly Meeting will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers under a double-blind peer review system. In this process, the identities of both authors and reviewers will be kept strictly confidential, and the review results will be announced on August 5, 2026. Papers accepted and presented at the congress may, at the authors' request, be expanded into full articles and submitted to the Journal of Advanced Applied Sciences; if accepted following a separate and comprehensive peer review process at that journal, they will be published in the December 2026 issue.
Paper Submission Rules and Process
- • Format and Page Limit: Papers, including references, must be no more than 3 pages and must be prepared in accordance with the provided templates. The paper template can be accessed via this link.
- • File Specifications: Prepared papers must be uploaded to the system only in PDF format and must not exceed 32 MB.
- • Submission Platform: Paper submission and tracking will be carried out through the Microsoft CMT platform.
